Adding a product to your cart does not guarantee availability.

Orders are subject to stock availability and successful payment verification.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable after purchase, Nectatec may contact you regarding available alternatives or cancellation and refund, as applicable.

Nectatec is not responsible for delivery problems caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Nectatec does not request or require customers to provide card numbers, CVV/security codes or banking passwords through WhatsApp, email or other informal communication channels.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Any dispute shall be handled through the applicable competent authorities and/or courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights.
