5. PAYMENT POLICY

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Nectatec may offer payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include:

  • Credit cards.

  • Debit cards.

  • Apple Pay or other digital wallets.

  • Bank transfer, where available.

  • Other payment methods made available by Nectatec or its payment providers.

Available payment methods may vary depending on the customer's location, order value and payment-provider availability.

5.2 Payment Authorization

All transactions may be subject to authorization and verification by the relevant payment provider or financial institution.

An order may not be processed until payment has been successfully authorized or otherwise verified.

5.3 Payment Security

Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment service providers using their own secure payment infrastructure.

Nectatec does not request customers to provide:

  • Card PIN.

  • CVV/security code through WhatsApp.

  • Online-banking password.

  • OTP through customer-support channels.

Never share such information with anyone claiming to represent Nectatec.

5.4 Currency

Unless otherwise stated, prices on the Nectatec Saudi website are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR).

5.5 VAT

Where applicable, VAT will be charged in accordance with Saudi tax regulations.

The standard VAT rate in Saudi Arabia is currently 15% for taxable supplies.

Nectatec's invoices and checkout presentation will reflect the applicable tax treatment.

5.6 Payment Failure

If payment is declined or cannot be verified, Nectatec may:

  • Ask you to retry the payment.

  • Request another payment method.

  • Hold the order temporarily.

  • Cancel the order if payment is not completed.

5.7 Fraud Prevention

Nectatec may perform reasonable transaction-security checks.

Orders may be delayed or cancelled where there are reasonable grounds to suspect:

  • Payment fraud.

  • Unauthorized payment.

  • Identity misuse.

  • Abnormal transaction activity.

  • Other unlawful activity.

Where a payment has already been captured and the order cannot be fulfilled, the applicable refund will be processed.

5.8 Promotional Pricing

Discounts, coupons and promotional offers may be subject to specific conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Promotions cannot be combined.

  • Promotional validity periods apply.

  • Some products may be excluded.

  • Discount codes may have usage limits.
